These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Trinh Tools website at trinhtools.com (the "Site") and the purchase of Trinh Tools software products ("Software"). By accessing the Site or purchasing a license, you agree to these Terms.

Trinh Tools is a suite of Windows desktop software tools designed for AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) professionals. The software is developed and sold by Phung Trinh, an individual operating as Trinh Tools. Payment processing is handled by our payment processor, Dodo Payments.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to purchase or use Trinh Tools products. If you are purchasing on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Trinh Tools licenses are one-time lifetime purchases of desktop software. You are not purchasing a subscription, a cloud service, or physical goods. You receive a permanent, non-transferable (except as described in our EULA) license to use the software indefinitely.
All prices are listed in USD. Prices are as shown on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect completed purchases.
Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our authorized payment processor and Merchant of Record. Dodo Payments handles all billing, tax collection, and payment security. When you purchase, you agree to Dodo Payments' own terms and privacy policy in addition to these Terms.
Upon successful payment, your license key will be delivered to your purchase email address. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it within a few minutes. Contact support@trinhtools.com if your key does not arrive within 24 hours.
Trinh Tools offers a 30-day free trial with full functionality and no feature restrictions. No payment or credit card is required to use the trial. At the end of the trial period, you must purchase a license or cease using the software. The trial is available once per person.
Because a full-featured 30-day free trial is provided before any purchase is required, all sales are final upon purchase. The trial is your evaluation period; purchasing constitutes confirmation that you have had adequate opportunity to evaluate the software.
Trinh Tools may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund in cases of documented technical failure that cannot be resolved. To request a technical failure review, email support@trinhtools.com with "Technical Failure Review" in the subject line. Include your name, purchase email, license key, and a description of the issue. Refunds are not available for change-of-mind, workflow preference differences, or issues that were present or observable during the trial. See our full Refund Policy.
Refunds will not be issued for fraudulent payment methods or verified violations of the EULA.
Your use of the Trinh Tools software is governed by our End User License Agreement (EULA), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points:
You may use the Trinh Tools website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to: scrape or harvest data in ways that damage the site or violate these Terms; attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access; transmit spam, malware, or harmful content; impersonate Trinh Tools or any other person or entity.
If you submit your email address on this site (for example, to join the waitlist), you agree to receive the communication you signed up for. We will not send unsolicited commercial email. You can unsubscribe at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — and all Trinh Tools software are the property of Phung Trinh / Trinh Tools and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.
The Site and Software are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses. The Software does not perform engineering calculations, structural analysis, life-safety functions, or code compliance checks. All outputs must be independently verified by a qualified professional.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phung Trinh / Trinh Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Software, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you in full.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Phung Trinh / Trinh Tools from any claims, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Site or Software, or your violation of any third-party rights.
This Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites. Our payment processor, Dodo Payments, operates under its own terms — your payment relationship is with Dodo Payments as the Merchant of Record.
Your use of this Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Site or purchasing Software, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will post the revised version with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site or Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For material changes, we will attempt to notify existing customers by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If that fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States, excluding conflict-of-law principles.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, EULA, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Trinh Tools regarding your use of the Site and Software.
