This is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and Phung Trinh, operating as Trinh Tools ("Licensor"). By installing or using the Software you agree to these terms.
Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable (unless transferred under the transfer provisions below) license to use the Software in accordance with these terms.

A one-time purchase with no renewal required. Your license never expires. All future updates are included at no additional cost. Your license key is yours — you may transfer it to a new computer anytime at no charge. Transfer requires deactivation from the previous machine.
The Software begins with a 30-day free trial upon first download. All features and tools are fully available during the trial period. No payment method is required to use the trial. The trial is not limited to a specific number of files, projects, or uses. When the trial expires, the Software will no longer run unless activated with a valid license key.
Upon purchase, you will receive a unique license key via email. The Software will connect to Licensor's license server to verify your key's validity. This verification includes your license key, your computer name, and a timestamp. No file contents, file names, folder paths, or project data are transmitted during activation. Internet connectivity is required for initial activation and periodic validation (at least once per 30 days). Activation is automatic and requires no manual entry of credentials beyond the license key itself.

The Software and all copies thereof are proprietary to Licensor. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including patents, copyrights, trade secrets, and trademarks, remain the exclusive property of Licensor. This license grants you use only; you do not own the Software.
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind.
Licensor disclaims all express and implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of third-party rights.
The Software does not perform engineering calculations, structural analysis, life-safety functions, or code compliance checks. All outputs must be independently verified by a qualified professional. Licensor is not responsible for errors in output, incorrect use cases, or reliance on Software results for any engineering or design decision.
In no event shall Licensor be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Licensor's total liability under this agreement is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Software. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability, so this limitation may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Licensor from any claims, damages, costs, or liabilities (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Software, your violation of this agreement, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Your PDF files, project data, and file system information remain on your computer. No files are uploaded to Licensor's servers. License validation data is transmitted securely via HTTPS and retained according to the Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that you own or have permission to use all files processed by the Software.
Licensor may release updates, patches, or new versions. Lifetime license holders receive all updates at no additional cost. Updates are optional; you may continue using your current version. Licensor is not obligated to provide updates but will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility with current operating systems and dependencies.
This agreement is perpetual for Lifetime License holders and continues as long as you own a valid license. Licensor may terminate this agreement immediately if you violate any material term. Upon termination, you must cease use and uninstall the Software. Sections regarding liability, indemnification, and ownership survive termination.
The Software may be subject to export control laws. You agree not to export or re-export the Software to any country or person restricted by U.S. export laws.
Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States without regard to conflicts of law principles.
Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements.
Amendments: Licensor may modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Software after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms. You will be notified of material changes via email or prominent notice in the Software.
Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
