This is a legal agreement between you ("Licensee") and Phung Trinh, operating as Trinh Tools ("Licensor"). By installing or using the Software you agree to these terms.
Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable (unless transferred under the transfer provisions below) license to use the Software in accordance with these terms.

A lifetime license is a one-time purchase for the current suite of Software. You pay once; there are no annual renewals, no subscription fees, and no recurring charges. Your license does not expire. All future updates to the tools included in the current suite are included at no additional cost for as long as those tools are actively developed. While Licensor may release new tools or suites in the future that are not included in this Agreement, any version of the current Software you have received remains yours to use permanently.
The Licensor offers a free trial period of up to thirty (30) days during which You may use the Software without purchasing a license. The trial version provides full functionality with no feature restrictions. At the end of the trial period, You must either purchase a license or cease all use of the Software. The trial period is the intended evaluation window; purchasing constitutes confirmation that You have had adequate opportunity to evaluate the Software.
Because a full-featured 30-day trial is provided prior to any purchase obligation, Trinh Tools does not offer a standard post-purchase refund window. All sales are final upon purchase.
Licensor may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund if the Software fails to function due to a documented technical failure that (a) could not have been identified during the trial period, and (b) cannot be resolved by Licensor within a reasonable time. Requests must be submitted to support@trinhtools.com with a description of the failure and steps taken to resolve it. This exception does not apply to change-of-mind, naming convention preferences, or issues observable during the trial period. Upon any approved refund, the license key will be deactivated.
Upon purchase, you will receive a unique license key via email. The Software connects to Licensor's license server once to activate your key. This one-time activation transmits only your license key and your computer name. No file contents, file names, folder paths, or project data are ever transmitted. Internet connectivity is required only for this initial activation; after activation the Software operates entirely offline with no further network communication.

The Software and all copies thereof are proprietary to Licensor. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including patents, copyrights, trade secrets, and trademarks, remain the exclusive property of Licensor. This license grants you use only; you do not own the Software.
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind.
Licensor disclaims all express and implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of third-party rights.
The Software does not perform engineering calculations, structural analysis, life-safety functions, or code compliance checks. All outputs must be independently verified by a qualified professional. Licensor is not responsible for errors in output, incorrect use cases, or reliance on Software results for any engineering or design decision.
In no event shall Licensor be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Licensor's total liability under this agreement is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Software. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability, so this limitation may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Licensor from any claims, damages, costs, or liabilities (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Software, your violation of this agreement, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Your PDF files, project data, and file system information remain on your computer. No files are uploaded to Licensor's servers. License validation data is transmitted securely via HTTPS and retained according to the Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that you own or have permission to use all files processed by the Software.
Licensor may release updates, patches, or new versions. Lifetime license holders receive all updates at no additional cost. Updates are optional; you may continue using your current version. Licensor is not obligated to provide updates but will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility with current operating systems and dependencies.
This agreement is perpetual for Lifetime License holders and continues as long as you own a valid license. Licensor may terminate this agreement immediately if you violate any material term. Upon termination, you must cease use and uninstall the Software. Sections regarding liability, indemnification, and ownership survive termination.
The Software may be subject to export control laws. You agree not to export or re-export the Software to any country or person restricted by U.S. export laws.
Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States without regard to conflicts of law principles.
Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Licensor regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements.
Amendments: Licensor may modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Software after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms. You will be notified of material changes via email or prominent notice in the Software.
Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
