If you purchase and are unsatisfied for any reason within 14 calendar days of purchase, you are entitled to a full refund. Combined with the 30-day trial, you have over six weeks to evaluate.
Email support@trinhtools.com with subject "Refund Request". Include your name, purchase email, license key (if available), and optional brief reason. Refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method. Your license will be deactivated upon refund.
Trinh Tools is a one-time lifetime purchase. No renewals, no auto-billing, no recurring charges. You will never be billed again after your initial purchase. There is nothing to cancel.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We resolve issues quickly. Chargebacks without prior contact may result in permanent license revocation.
