Test on real projects with real files across your firm's actual naming conventions and IT environment. If it works, buy it. If it doesn't, just stop using it — no cancellation call, no retention email.
The 30-day trial is the evaluation period. It is intentionally long enough to test the tools on multiple real deliverables. Purchasing after the trial is an informed decision based on real use.
Because a full 30-day trial is provided before any purchase is required, Trinh Tools does not offer a standard post-purchase refund window. By purchasing, you confirm that you have had adequate opportunity to evaluate the software and that it meets your needs.
If the software fails to function due to a technical issue that cannot be resolved — for example, an irreconcilable compatibility problem on a specific machine that was not present during trial — you may request a review by contacting support. These requests are evaluated individually and at Licensor's discretion. This exception does not apply to change-of-mind, workflow preference differences, or issues that were observable during the trial period.
Email support@trinhtools.com with subject "Technical Failure Review". Include your name, purchase email, license key, a description of the failure, and any steps already taken to resolve it. We will respond within 2 business days.
Trinh Tools is a one-time lifetime purchase. No renewals, no auto-billing, no recurring charges. You will never be billed again after your initial purchase. There is nothing to cancel.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We resolve genuine issues directly and quickly. Chargebacks filed without prior contact, or for reasons not covered by the technical failure exception above, may result in permanent license revocation and will be contested.
