Common issues with quick answers

Windows says "Windows protected your PC"

Click "More info" then "Run anyway." This is SmartScreen, not a virus warning. More info โ†’

My sheets aren't being sorted correctly

Use Help โ†’ Export File List for Support and email us the .txt file. We can usually add support for new naming patterns quickly.

"Access Denied" on a file

The PDF is open in Acrobat or Bluebeam. Close the file in all other programs and try again.

Need to move license to a new computer

Email us with your license key. We'll transfer the activation at no charge. No limit on transfers.

App closes immediately on launch

Antivirus may be quarantining the exe. Add the install folder as an exclusion and try again.

How to uninstall

Open the launcher โ†’ File โ†’ Manage Tools. Or follow the manual steps in README.txt in your install folder.
